Typography is also a huge game changer when it comes to communication design. How we view type/fonts can affect how we feel about things, stir emotions inside of us, or help us determine whether we want to interact with things just based off of how the type grabs us. Things like kerning, font choices, and layouts choices can either push us toward or away to something if it doesn’t catch our eye. Some of my examples are experimental, such as the poster with spray cheese, cracked pool balls on pool table, and the “S” made out of snow. Other typography examples shown like “Chess Set” and “Steve Jobs” are examples of evocative typography.
